# Train together. Across any account.

## Working dog teams don't always work inside the same organization.

A sport club holds a training weekend with competitors from six different programs. A SAR coordinator runs a joint exercise with mutual aid teams from three counties. A service dog trainer brings in a contracted behaviorist for a quarterly evaluation day. In every case, the people involved are on different DogBase accounts — and there has been no good way to coordinate them in one place.

DogBase Groups changes that. Create a Group, share an 8-character invite code, and any DogBase user — from any account, any organization — can join. Once inside, schedule events in four steps, assign sessions to specific members, track completions, and manage everyone from one shared space. No account merging. No admin handoffs. Just a shared group that works across organizational boundaries.

## Everything you need to coordinate training across teams and accounts.

### Create a Group

Set up a named group with a custom icon in seconds. Any DogBase user can create a Group and become its admin — scheduling events, managing members, and tracking progress.

### Join via Invite Code

Share an 8-character invite code with any handler on any DogBase account. They enter the code and join the Group instantly — no admin approval required, no account linking.

### Event Scheduling

Create training events in 4 steps: set details, choose a training template, pre-fill session details for members, then assign who should complete it. Members are notified automatically.

### Calendar Overview

Every scheduled event for the Group in a monthly calendar view. Double-click any date to schedule. Filter events by Upcoming, Past, Cancelled, or All — at any time.

### Member Management

View all Group members, promote members to admin, remove users, and share the invite code. Admins have full control over who is in the Group and what role they hold.

### Records & Completion Tracking

View completed training records across the entire Group. Track which members have completed assigned events, and see a full record of Group activity over time.

## The Platform

### Multi-Dog Management

Insights are crucial for effective training sessions. Having a structured logging system ensures accountability and enhances training outcomes.

### Built for professional K9 trainers

Professional trainers don't work inside one organization—they work across many. DogBase Groups allows trainers to connect every client account they coach, access training data across all of them, and run their practice without anyone losing ownership of their records.
